RETURNS POLICY

 

If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your purchase,  please notify us  by clicking the link below. Please complete the form so we can organise a refund, exchange or credit note. 

Returns / exchanges must be sent back within 28 days of your purchase.

In order for any items to be returned or exchanged, you must provide proof of purchase.

If you are returning items back to us, please make sure they are well packaged so nothing is broken in transit as we cannot be held responsible for this.

 

You will be responsible to pay for postage to return your product (s), postage costs are non - refundable.

We also recommend obtaining proof of postage so nothing is lost on the way!

ONLINE RETURNS / EXCHANGES

 

In order for items to be returned or exchanged, they must be un-used and in their original packaging. 

Please note that earrings and cosmetic products are non-refundable.
